Cloud computing technology as a new information and communication technology assists organization to change the use of production and it service. Meanwhile the organization managers by identifying their requires can experience OUTSOURCING with the help of cloud computing knowledge. The aim of this study is to provide a model for information technology is based on cloud computing adaption. After studying literature and identify factors influencing the adoption of cloud computing on IT outstanding and composition the combination of theories related to the acceptance of innovation such as: Innovative of diffusion theory (IDT), Technology acceptance model (TAM), framework Technology Organization Environment (TOE), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT).The proposal model has been approved by experts in first step and manages and then it has been tested in IT Farhangestan honar. As a result of this study, knowledge of clerk, support of Mangers, security are the most important in cloud computing at out sourcing of IT which are helpful to the organization.

Information technologies are Tools and Platform of production and services and distribution in global competition, that is done advantage for enterprises. Now, all these technologies are in industries subject to change. One of the best ways to use information technology in the field of service companies who have enough experience and skill. Problem facing the authorities decide how to separate business to outsource activities that can be outsourced and what activities they will do. This research has three phases. First, identify the criteria for determining key success factors in the decision to outsource IT projects. The theoretical background of the research will identify factors influencing OUTSOURCING decisions. Then, according to these experts, academics and corporate screening are required. Selected in the second round of questionnaires in the context of organizational decision making to determine the weight of each factor. In the final stage using Shannon entropy analysis of survey data will occur.

Nowadays, OUTSOURCING relationship in the area of information technology for local organizations is not an option, but a necessity strategy. By OUTSOURCING, organizations can focus on core functions, decrease their operational costs and technology risk, and to use external sources to achieve the organizational objectives. In this research, local organizations in Zanjan province which have OUTSOURCING experience in the area of information technology, were selected as statistical population, to study the effect of knowledge sharing based on OUTSOURCING with regards to contingency approach. Findings of this research showed that knowledge sharing with regards to situational variables, leads to influence success of IT OUTSOURCING. To put it in other words, relationship between knowledge sharing as independent variable and success of IT OUTSOURCING as a dependent variable, is influenced by partnership and organizational capabilities. Therefore, IT OUTSOURCING is a successful strategy if partners through partnership to share their organizational knowledge and by enhancing their organizational capabilities to use the transferred knowledge in an effective way.

Recently organizations note using information technology as a one of the important rival factors. To obtain more profit from using information technology, they search for the best internal and external resources for procuring their IT need. For this reason IT OUTSOURCING became one of the key issues in management. For this reason managers face important problems, such as" which IT projects should be outsourced".In this article has tried with distinguishing factors witch has effect on IT projects OUTSOURCING decisions and the amount of their importance score by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method for calculating the OUTSOURCING of each project then by using binary programming, choose the IT projects for out sourcing. For this research the IT department of NIORDC (national Iran oil refining and distributing company) has been chosen.

In today’s businesses world, effective use of information technology (IT) has a significant role in the success of organizations. OUTSOURCING strategy is the process of determining whether or not to outsource and, if so, what to outsource. OUTSOURCING selection is the process of finding and evaluating potential OUTSOURCING partners. OUTSOURCING implementation is where the relationship between OUTSOURCING partners is defined and established. Consequently, selection of effective strategy for OUTSOURCING is an important decision for managers. This strategy is also important in the Iranian banking industry, since there are different qualitative criteria and especial condition while banking managers are faced with some challenges. This article aims to study IT market in Iran. More specifically, it focuses on banking industry to determine proportionate criteria for Iranian banking system while suggesting a hierarchical model for IT OUTSOURCING strategy. This model helps executive managers of the Iranian banking system to select the best IT OUTSOURCING strategy.
